1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.
2. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?
Once your package leaves our hands and is with the shipping carrier, it’s their responsibility. If there are delays, damages, or missing packages, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need help locating it, feel free to contact us.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are usually processed within [insert time frame, e.g. 3–5 business days]. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they’ve been processed. Make sure everything is correct before you hit the checkout button!
5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use that to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
